If tech experts are to be believed, artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform the world. But those same experts don’t agree on what kind of effect that transformation will have on the average person. Some believe that humans will be much better off in the hands of advanced AI systems, while others think it will lead to our inevitable downfall. Who’s right and who’s wrong?

There’s no doubt about the impact a general artificial intelligence could have on society. We dream of it by making science fiction movies. There’s one unique project or technology, which tries to build artificial brains that can learn, be creative, and adapt to the environment in the way a human does. This company has a mission to develop “general artificial intelligence”, that is helpful to humanity and understand the universe. Slovak Company GoodAI started as a research and development initiative, when CEO Marek Rosa invested $10M dollars into the project. GoodAI was publicly announced in July 2015 and is now a team of 20 people.
