Slovakia’s healthcare system is ready for the reform. The healthcare delivery is inefficient, does not encourage innovations and ultimately leads to lower quality services compared to other countries. Recovery and Resilience Fund will provide new resources for healthcare reform. New programming period will also present an opportunity to finance the reform initiatives in Slovak healthcare.

How the good healthcare reforms should be implemented? What is the state of reform proposals? What is their quality? Will this reform lead to increased efficiency and resilience of healthcare?
