The City of Košice has launched electronic forms for easier communication of citizens with City Council. Its purpose is to minimize problems in filling and subsequent control due to automatic calculation.

 

New electronic forms will help citizens of Košice with municipal taxes, waste disposal, and other duties. The forms are available in official webpage and they are filled online. The forms are automatically calculated and controlled. However, the citizen still has to send the printed copy by post or deliver personally. According to František Knapík, mayor of Košice, post delivery is just temporary and will be replaced by electronic signature. Head of Department of Infrastructure in Municipality of Košice, Gabriela Hajduková said: “Benefits of this service are now in easy and quick fulfillment of electronic form.”
