Transformation of public administration. Or otherwise, the path to a modernly administered country with efficient services, a high degree of citizen involvement and the use of data in decision-making. What are the trends in the development of modern public administration? What is our path to it? How are other countries doing?

The digital transformation of public administration is the most effective response to the challenges of modernization. What are the specific experiences? And what projects can advance the digital transformation?

The end of the era of traditional bureaucracy? Mária Terézia left us a surprisingly advanced administration for its time. Only now, after more than 250 years, is there a serious effort to change that will end an era of building a functional state. The change, when from the point of view of citizens, the borders between authorities are erased and a specific life situation is solved. Will this attempt succeed? Will it be possible to overcome departmentalism, the strict division of competences in favor of cooperation?

Successful projects of digital transformation of the state.

The bottleneck of modern state services is authentication and authorization. It is not possible to radically increase the number of users of eGov services. Isn't authentication and authorization too rigid? It cannot be made more userfriendly?

Where is the data generated by the institutions? How to put it in order? Data is a valuable resource and basis for increasing the efficiency and quality of decision-making. But without a clear data policy, this potential will not be used.

Slovakia consistently lags behind in international DESI comparisons. We tried to invest large funds. It didn't help. Management has been centralized, but we still don't see any dramatic shift. The level of project control has increased, but we are still in a bad position in the ranking of international indexes. Why? What are we doing wrong? We want to be successful! We have a right to it! How to fill it?

Not a hybrid anymore. Already real. The war. People are dying. The war is also raging in cyberspace. How does it manifest itself? How to protect yourself? How does the war manifest itself in our country?
